We returned to the VC Platform Global Summit in 2026 as design and production partners for the full event experience—bringing together the creative, logistical, and on-the-ground elements that transform a summit into something guests are still talking about long after they've left.
From the stage to the gift suite, we touched every layer. We coordinated photo and video capture across the event, produced the band and entertainment programming, and designed branded gifts that carried the summit's identity into guests' hands. On-site, we managed activity setup and content coordination across all three days, ensuring the program ran with the kind of seamless precision that looks effortless from the outside.
We also led speaker management—stewarding the talent that powered the summit's intellectual energy and ensuring each speaker had what they needed to show up and deliver at their best.
