Working in Las Vegas and Paris, founder Megan Gross learned how much a night depends on its host. Her experience in nightclubs and private clubs shaped a particular kind of hospitality: knowing your people, making them feel wanted, and building lifelong loyalty.
She founded The Bon Soir to make you a great host.
Megan brings the energy of Las Vegas and Paris nightclubs and the personal attention of private clubs to hosting. Her instinct is to make every guest feel expected, understood, and worth the effort.
Komo brings events and event design together with a photographer’s eye for light and composition. Her warmth is what makes guests feel welcome, and her precision brings an idea to life.
Sabrina draws creative inspiration from art and nature, bringing that sensibility to the details of an event. A former gymnast, she thinks on her feet and finds solutions that keep the original vision intact.
Asya knows the startup world as both a founder and an investor. She leads startup and venture partnerships at Stripe, and advises The Bon Soir on the people and relationships inside that world.
