My dream came true! I finally had the incredible opportunity to host a dinner at the three-Michelin-starred Saison Restaurant, and it was everything I'd wished for and more.
Every one of the nine courses was a masterpiece. From the bluefin tuna with barbecued watermelon to the unforgettable duck liver pâté in a tiny ice cream cone, each bite was intentional and a work of art. We indulged in a soup of caviar, divine rabbit, and silky halibut, but the real showstopper was the antelope served pastrami style paired with a truffle croissant. My mind was completely blown!
This meal was a highlight, but what made it truly special was our group of eight. It was one of our smaller parties, and the size was perfect. Everyone had a chance to connect, feel seen, and be validated. It was a night everyone will remember.
